Proposed Membership Terms*

Objective: Expedite demonstration of concepts at AEC's Devine Field Lab/or member site(s) in 2026/27 at RRL5/6 and make ready for commercialization by 2027

Cohort Dues: $75,000 per year, with a 2-year minimum commitment
Discount if participating in multiple cohorts

IP: non-exclusive IP rights

Overhead: Low overhead of 16.7% on UT-Austin research

A significant portion of the work is expected to be done at UT-Austin

Path to commercialization established:

Small business venture
To de-risk through SBIR/STTR funding
Equity stake negotiable with orders and/or VC

Cohort I - Recirculating Wireless Sensors (P&T) for Hydraulic Fracturing Optimization
Cohort II - Casing annulas cement monitoring with smart collar for leak detection
Cohort III - EM contract agent-assisted Real-time fracture SRV, and fluid flow dynamic mapping
Cohort IV - Leak monitoring for P&A application
